Information on this site

We write the content on this site to be accurate and useful, but it is general information about our services, not advice for your particular situation, and it may change. Blog posts and guides describe general approaches; posts marked as samples are examples of the format, not accounts of real client work.

Prices on this site are the ranges our projects usually fall into. They are not an offer that can be accepted. Every project gets its own quote in writing, and the price, scope and terms in that quote and the signed agreement are what apply.

Sending us an enquiry

Sending the contact form, emailing us or booking a call doesn’t create a contract or commit either side to anything. A project starts only when we have both signed a written agreement. How we handle the personal information in your enquiry is explained in our privacy policy.

What you send us, and AI

Because our work involves AI, here is how we treat material you share with us before a project is agreed:

• What you send us stays yours. We use it only to understand your needs and prepare a quote.
• Enquiries are read and answered by people. If we use an AI tool to help draft or summarise a reply, we only use providers that don’t train their models on what we send them, and we never paste your name, contact details or other identifying information into a public AI chatbot. Once a project starts, which tools and AI services may process your data is agreed with you in writing.
• Please don’t send confidential or sensitive material, such as customer records, health information or passwords, through the website or by email before we have agreed how it will be handled. If a project needs that kind of data, we’ll agree the right way to share it first, which can include signing a confidentiality agreement.

The text, graphics and design of this website belong to BuildAI, and the BuildAI name and logo are our brand. You’re welcome to read, share links to, and quote short extracts from our content with a link back. Please don’t copy whole pages or use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you.

Using the site
