We turn ideas into working software
Founded in 2024 and headquartered in Dhaka, Bangladesh, BuildAI helps businesses turn ideas into powerful digital products. We build custom AI software, web applications, mobile apps, SaaS platforms and business automation designed to solve real problems.
Our journey began with a simple belief: technology should make business easier, smarter and more efficient. We started BuildAI to help businesses reach modern software without unnecessary complexity.
Today our team of 15 combines technical expertise, creative thinking and AI-assisted development to deliver solutions tailored to each client.
With 565+ projects delivered by our team, we continue to help businesses turn ideas into digital products, streamline operations and find new opportunities through technology.

How we work
Discovery, design, development, delivery, support
The same five steps for a one-week chatbot or a three-month product build. Here is what happens in each, what we produce and what you see.
1. Discovery
Usually a few days from first call to proposal
We talk through the problem you want solved, the tools and data you already have, who will use the result, and how you’ll know it worked. We ask about constraints early: budget, deadlines, security rules and anything that has been tried before.
What we produce
- A written proposal: scope, what’s out of scope, timeline and fixed price
- The main risks and how we’ll handle them
- A recommendation of which package fits

A free call, then a proposal you can share with colleagues before deciding anything.
2. Design
From a couple of days for a single workflow to one to two weeks for a new product
For automation, we map the process step by step and mark what runs automatically, what needs a human approval and what stays manual. For apps, we design the screens and user flows. For AI features, we agree what the AI is allowed to do, where its answers come from and how quality is tested.
What we produce
- A process map or clickable screen designs
- Written rules for the AI: sources, limits and hand-off to people
- A test plan with real examples from your business
What you see
Designs and diagrams to comment on and approve. Nothing is built until you sign off.
3. Development
From 1–3 weeks for a support assistant to 4–12 weeks for an AI product
We build in short cycles, testing with your real (or anonymised) data as we go. Integrations are built against sandbox accounts first, so live systems aren’t touched until the work is proven.

- Working software on a private staging link
- Written progress updates on a fixed schedule
- A running list of decisions and open questions

A demo at every milestone that you can click through yourself, and a clear view of what’s done and what’s next.
4. Delivery
Usually the final week of the project
Before launch, your team tests with real scenarios and we fix what they find. Automations often run alongside the manual process for a short period before switching over. We launch, then watch the first days closely.

- The live system, in accounts registered to you
- Source code, prompts, workflows and documentation
- A handover session with your team

5. Support
Ongoing, for as long as it’s useful to you
After launch we fix issues and fine-tune the system with real usage. AI systems in particular improve fastest in the first weeks, when real questions and edge cases show where they need adjusting.
What we produce
- Fixes and tuning during the free support period
- Optional monthly maintenance: periodic checks, updates where the stack supports them, small improvements, and AI quality reviews on Priority plans
What you see
Free support for 14 days on Starter, 30 on Growth and 60 on Enterprise; monthly plans from $300/month after that, if you want them.

Working with a partner in another timezone only works when communication is predictable. These are fixed parts of every project, not extras.
